Rousseau's sire Olympic Ferro
is a leading stallion of the KWPN, the #1 stallion in World Stallion Rankings for dressage, and bears the 13th position
in overall World Dressage Rankings, according to FEI-Gandini report. Ferro's illustrious career under Coby van Baalan includes
the 1999 European Championships Silver Team Medal, 2000 Olympic Silver Team medal, and the 2000 Gelderland Championship title.

Rousseau's dam "Zsuzsa" (star-sport) was successful
in Grand Prix dressage competition under an amateur rider. "Zsuzsa" is by the late Roemer,
a keur-Preferent stallion who competed internationally at the Grand Prix level in both jumping and dressage. Roemer
was the KWPN's #1 ranked stallion for the dressage index from 1999-1993. Roemer re-emerged with an impressive lead in
1997 and 2001 when his dressage index reached 218, a reliability factor of 82%. Roemer's offspring include
both jumpers and dressage horses.
